Vichy Eau Thermale Spa Water Spray: Cool Down Quick On These Hot Summer Days!

I don't know about you but this muggy, heavy weather has really got me feeling hot and bothered. But since Emma introduced me to this facial mist, I have an instant summer-skin-soother on my hands!
Containing 15 minerals including zinc, iron and manganese, Vichy’s thermal spring water has antioxidant properties as well as feeling lovely on the skin. By spritzing my face with this fine and refreshing mist, I immediately feel more revitalised – as well as getting an instant hit of hydration and refreshment.

It’s a nice little multi-tasker too - over the past few weeks, I’ve been loving it as part of my night-time skincare routine. After I've cleansed and removed my makeup, I follow up with a light misting all over my face. It absorbs quickly and definitely leaves my skin feeling more soothed and hydrated. I then continue on with the rest of my nightly routine, following with moisturiser and eye-cream.

Finally, if any of you have used the MAC Fix + makeup setting spray, this mineral-rich face mist can be used in the exact same way. Use to set your makeup or, if you feel things are looking dry or cakey during the day, this spray acts as a refresher and can restore a dewier complexion. Just be sure you hold the bottle at least 30cm away from your face, before you spray!

I really enjoy using this face mist; honestly, it’s not something I would ever have purchased but it’s very versatile and, at €9.99 for 100ml, it's great to have on hand over these extra humid months.
