Armani has a new lipstick line headed our way from the end of September. If you’re rolling your eyes at the CC moniker, stop! It stands for colour and care, and once you’ve slathered your lips with these lipstick / lip balm hybrids you’ll understand why.
Impressively pigmented, these are nonetheless incredibly low maintenance and comfortable to wear – they feel light as air and, like a balm, you really do forget you’re wearing anything on your lips.
The formula is packed with shea butter and other emollients to hydrate and protect your pout, but the texture is firmer than you’d expect and this won’t slip and slide all over your mush.
Instead, the pigment lingers: first as the glossy slick of colour you can see in these here swatches, and later, as a modern looking, on-trend matte stain.
36 glorious colours are headed our way, from brights to nudes to deep and vampy shades of red and purple.
