Dainty Jewellery Buys, From Accessorize!

You know that brilliant Oscar Wilde quote, about resisting everything but temptation? Well in my case, I can resist everything but the Accessorize shop in Glasgow Central Station* - I've been completely under its spell since my teenage years.

I picked up these fripperies on my latest trip, having recently been convinced that more subtle, delicate pieces (like this one) are also deserving of a place in my jewellery, er, pile.  They were cheapies, with the necklaces around a tenner and the ring under five quid sterling, but I've had lots of wear from them already without the plating wearing away or my skin turning green. (My YSL ring, though? A whole different story...)

The layered necklace look is one that I love but have never been good at, so I'm happy to cheat. And I've been hankering for an above-the-knuckle ring or five, so this one was a good place to start.
