Kitsch, quirky and unique, Tropical Popical is my favourite nail bar in the city. Dublin’s answer to WAH nails is a colourful mash up of animal print, palm trees and pink flamingos, and can be found on South William Street - home to some of our best eateries and watering holes.

It’s been a long time since I’ve done a cartwheel but I was very tempted when I scored myself one of these slots!
Inspired by the décor, I was feeling experimental and made a beeline for American Apparel’s neon shades – a popular choice during our recent heatwave, I’m told.
The very talented Clodagh – herself sporting some fan-feckin’-tastic studded talons – did a gorgeous job and added a leopard print accent nail by hand.
